Use of School Facilities

Unit 4 facilities are available to community organizations during non-school hours when such use does not interfere with any school function or affect the safety of students or employees or affect the property or liability of the School District.  Organized activities on Unit 4 property other than those approved by the Superintendent and/or their designee are prohibited.

Those interested in using our facilities should submit a request via our online system at least 14 days prior to requested event/use date(s). All requests will be reviewed and checked for permissibility of the event, the rental group classification, for space availability and approval by required District officials.

The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. You may do so by clicking the register icon below. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. Your account will be reviewed by the District. Once approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Once your account is approved, you can start making facility reservations. Click the log-in icon below to submit your request(s).

A certificate of insurance is required, listing the District as the certificate holder as follows:

Champaign Unit 4 Schools, 502 W. Windsor Road, Champaign IL 61820

No building use will be considered 'booked' until after receiving the signed agreement, a copy of the insurance certificate and any required deposit or payment is made. Please note additional documentation may also be required.

After an event, a final cost is compiled and the renter is invoiced for the final balance. All payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
