The Unit 4 Board of Education approved one administrative appointment during its September 26th meeting. Ms. Emily Dupuis was approved as the Director of Food Service. She joined Unit 4 Schools in May of this year as the Assistant Director of Food Service.
Ms. Dupuis’s professional career began as a Clinical Dietitian in 2015 with Presence United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville, IL. In September 2016, she joined Harvest Market in Champaign as a Registered Dietitian. Additional related experience includes, Dietetic Intern with OSF Medical Center, Instructor with Eastern Illinois University, as well as non-managerial food service experience at Memorial Hospital Food Service, Panera Bread, Cakes on Walnut/Cream & Flutter, and Jackson Ave. Coffee.
Ms. Dupuis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences (2014) and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics (2015), both from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL.
The effective date of Ms. Dupuis’s appointment as Director of Food Service is September 27, 2023.
