Dear Kenwood Families,
Happy Friday! This week our students and staff enjoyed taking in the eclipse and it was impressive to take in this phenomenon as a school. Happy Eid ul-Fitr to all who celebrated the end of Ramadan on Wednesday. This past week, Mrs. Caitlin Megginson Dicken was approved as our new Assistant Principal for the 2024-25 school year. We are excited for her to join us next school year. As we are thinking ahead to the next school year, we are beginning to make some preparations. We will begin working on class lists in the next month. I’ve included some information about class lists in the attached letter and the input that I welcome from parents. Have a great weekend.
Jefferson Middle school will be hosting an open house for incoming 6th grade students on May 2nd from 6 to 7pm. Feel free to attend for a chance to tour the school and meet staff.
